Understanding Muhasaba.

The concepts and foundations behind NafsCheck – to accompany your personal reflection.

Why muhasaba?

Muhasaba means checking your intentions, looking honestly at your behaviour, recognising weaknesses and consciously working on your character.

“O you who believe, fear Allah. And let every soul look to what it has put forth for tomorrow.” — Qur’an 59:18
